Gianduja is one of the best things we know. And together with salty licorice, we take this wonderful Italian hazelnut cream to whole new levels. Milk chocolate flavored with dark chocolate, hazelnut cream and small pieces of roasted hazelnuts is coated around salty licorice with a slightly al dente texture. Grazie!
The texture is creamy and smooth with an intense sweetness that lingers on the tongue, crunch from roasted hazelnuts and clear character from mild salty, bittersweet licorice that cuts through the rich sweet chocolate.
