The can says ''Warning! Extremly strong. Eat at your own risk'' which I did and survived. I'm a little bit on the fence about the taste, but the Carolina Reaper spice is noticable. If you're not used to salty, spicy heat this might be quite a challenge. It's not as salty as the regular Svenskjavlar, though.
